We're fortunate to be located just a mile from the Malvern Hills, a stunning natural backdrop. This Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers rolling landscape, panoramic views, and the kind of fresh air and tranquillity that's become part of daily life here. The hills have drawn visitors for centuries, famous for their natural spring water and the charming spa town, a peaceful setting we're proud to call our home.
Even closer to home, the Three Counties Showground is a venue that brings the community together throughout the year with agricultural shows, cultural events, and festivals like the Royal Three Counties Show and RHS Malvern Spring Festival.
Our History
Founded in 1985 by Colin and Jean Darwent, Albion Lodge was established to provide dedicated care for their own parents and a small group of residents. This heartfelt beginning shaped our core philosophy: to care for others as we would our own family. Today, their son Andrew Darwent, and his wife Sarah, lead the home with the support of Lindsay Taylor-Savidge, the Care Manager.
Continuing the family legacy of genuine, person-centred care. Over the decades, Albion Lodge has grown into a trusted home with a close-knit team, many of whom have been with us for years.
